On September 17, 2025, the following faculty members were appointed as members of the Scientific Council of the Interuniversity Research Center “Centre for Law and Ethics of Innovation, Technology and Artificial Intelligence” (LEITAI), representing the San Raffaele Roma Telematic University and its partner universities:

• Prof. Andrea Stazi, Full Professor (SSD GIUR-11/A – “Comparative Private Law”) designated representative of the San Raffaele Roma Telematic University s.r.l.;
• Prof. Giuseppe Corasaniti, Full Professor (SSD GIUR-17/A – “Philosophy of Law”) designated representative of the “Universitas Mercatorum” Telematic University;
• Prof. Fernanda Faini, Associate Professor (SSD GIUR-17/A – “Philosophy of Law”), representative appointed by the Pegaso Telematic University s.r.l.

The members of the Scientific Council serve a three-year term and may be reappointed, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Founding Agreement.

On October 29, 2025, the Director and Deputy Directors of the LEITAI Interuniversity Research Center were appointed, having been elected by the Center’s Scientific Council at its meeting on September 29, 2025, as follows:

• Director: Prof. Andrea Stazi;
• Deputy Directors: Prof. Giuseppe Corasaniti and Prof. Fernanda Faini.

The term of office of the Director and Deputy Directors is three years and may be renewed only once consecutively, pursuant to Article 10 of the Center’s Founding Agreement.
